RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind before your cake topper arrives it is best NOT to open it but to return it unopened to prevent any damage being done to the cake topper.  All returns are at your own expense.  The order is your responsibility until it is received back here at www.caketoppersonline.net.  You are advised to return it by a recorded delivery service.  A refund will be given once the item has been received here and inspected.

2.  If you have opened your cake topper and change your mind you need to pack it up EXACTLY as it was when you opened it.  If it isn't packed correctly damage will occur in transit and no refund will be payable and the item will be returned to you by 2nd class post and proof of post will be obtained for our records.  All returns are at your own expense and the order remains your responsibility until it is received back here at www.caketoppersonline.net.  You are advised to return it by a recorded delivery service.

If a mistake has been made with your order or it is damaged please contact us for free stamps to return the item.  You will be requested to obtain proof of posting when you return it.  Once the order has been received back at www.caketoppersonline.net either a replacement will be dispatched or a refund made - whichever you prefer.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations ALL returns must be notified in writing to AShrrrd@aol.com within 7 working days from the time you receive the order.  Please put in the subject heading CAKE TOPPER RETURN REQUEST - to prevent your email being sent to the spam/junk folder.
